  • We process and ship all orders within 24 hours or on the same day of receiving the order.
  • Launch offer products will ship around the estimate dispatch date as specified on the product page at the time of purchase (if applicable on launch week).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM AEST may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

1. Standard Shipping:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 7-14 business days.

2. Express Shipping:

  • Australia: 1-3 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3-7 business days.

3. Shipping Carriers:

  • We primarily use Australia Post for shipping both domestically and internationally.
  • For some international orders and certain regions, we may use DHL Express to ensure faster delivery times.

Shipping Rates

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (Free for orders over $70)
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD

2. International Shipping:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • Express Shipping via DHL Express will be available as an option at checkout for an additional fee.
